stock turbo psi

owned 95 eclipse gst for two weeks now.
can somebody tell me what stock turbo pressure is.

The stock pressure should be around 8-10psi. The stock BCS will change the boost depending on the knock value and by other sensors in the car. If you plan on mod'ing your car. Pick up a Chilton Manual to answer most of your simple questions and repairs.

Also, had the car at about 130 mph, 5th gear and it would not go above 5500 rpm.
Is there some sort of govenor or FCD?
Is there any sort of books or something where i could get info like this?
