anybody know? i have injen intake, greddy type-s bov and an apexi n1 catback exhaust. i am about to order my greddy profec-b spec II boost controller, but i was wondering with what kind of PSI settings i can get away with.

thanks in advance.

15 is ideal for the hair dryer (t25). After 16 the t-tooslow starts blowing hot air which is useless. I run unregulated boost because I'm missing a vaccum line for my MBC...oh well.

the profec-b spec II isnt an MBC its electronic. does that make a difference on what i should set it to? i wouldnt think so. i guess i'll try starting at 16psi and then go to 15-14 depending on how things go.

Always start low then slowly work your way up :thumb:

Mbc(manual boost controller) is the best way to go in my opinion, works the same as an ebc just under the hood adjusting, and way cheaper!!

ive seen on the timeslips that people have been running like 9.1 in the 1/8 mile at 18-19 psi on the t-25. this friday im gonna crank mine up to there. if i use 110 octane will this help me? i would atleast like to hit 9.6 1/8 mile. any suggestions.

No more than 15psi max on stock fuel setup for ANY turbo. The bigger the turbo the less psi you can run beacuse you don't have the fuel to match the air flow.

For a T-25 don't go more than 17psi max as after that you are out of it's effiency range and only blowing hot air due to over working the turbo.

97-gst guy, even having 110 octane won't help with fuel cut because you have a stock fuel system. You would need to upgrade your fuel pump, injectors and get a fuel management system. You prob. won't knock at all with 110 but you are still running very lean and over working the turbo.
