stock turbo oilpan drain flange bolt-to-bolt space?

I've searched and came up with nothing. I'm looking to get a ncie drain line for my 16g and was wondering if the bolt to botl space on the oil pan is the same as it is on the turbo side? I noticed this palce sells the turbo side which is apparently 38.1mm from bolt to bolt http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TD05...tegoryZ33742QQihZ014QQitemZ330041167872QQrdZ1 , is the oilpan the same? The oil pan flange and the turbo oil return flange use the same gasket.
