I had searched this subject for a while before and had only come across people either direct welding, expensive kits, or custom made flanges inorder to get a new flange/fitting on the pan to allow for a braided style oil drain. With some digging and a little bit of ordering for testing I've found a flange that is a direct bolt on. It's the Oil drain turbo flange for Garret GT series ball bearing turbos. Older style GT25s and T28s had this flange as well. Below are a few pictures showing the stock drain tube and the new flange side by side, if anything is needed, rubbing a drill on the inside edge of one bolt hole might be all it takes.
