Has anyone ever replaced their oil pan on a 1g dsm awd without removing the transfer case? Or does anyone have a procedure for replacing the oil pan? Thanks in advance!

Ken

thank you very much! Sorry for my ignorance but what is the “carrier for D/S axle” thank you

Follow the d/s axle and you’ll see it bolted to the block. 2 x 14mm bolts. You’ll have to swing it towards the back to get the pan on and off.

There are two shorter bolts on the timing belt side. Keep track because if you use longer bolts there, you’ll damage the tbelt
