Stock tires....... wth!!

ok,.... this is the 2nd time 1 of my tires has got a flat from hitting a bump in the road..... id understand if it were a huge pot hole or somthing but these bumps shouldnt have cuase a flat....


what do you guys think??

stock tires are shit?
the tires are the originals, so thier old?
or what?

well if the tires are from 1999 id replace them, that could be it, rubber hardens and cracks with weather. Also are they worn down at all? i mean like 10-15% tread leaft or soemthing that can cause it. Are u making holes in them or are they just falling off the rim, put epoxy/rubber cement on the bead. obviously check ur psi.

naw tires have alot of meat left, the gsx only has 15k miles on her. but i think like you said, thier just old. and the guy i bought it from kept it in his garage the whole time

This happened to me once. I went to get new tires and they happened to put the wrong tires on and while driving they would get a bubble in the side of them. Turned out they weren't the right tire for my application. The tires They had put on my car were only rated for like 100mph.
