Stock FMICs

Ok so a buddy of mine has a boosted single cam civic and he went to the junkyard and pulled the FMIC off a Saab 9-5 and it pretty much fit right on his Civic. The point is I don't have a ton of cash and I'm looking for cheap FMICs so I was wondering if you could fit a stock FMIC like a EVO or an SRT-4 FMIC on and 2G?

Yes they will work, but the srt4 will require more work than the evo intercoler i think, but regardless your gonna have to get custom piping.

do a search on this website and you will find a huge thread that has a fmic for 295 shipped that is great and works awesome. Highly recommend it for a cheap FMIC.

I'm talking cheaper than that I mean does anyone know how much I could get an EVO I/C from a junkyard for? Has anyone done it?

The Starion/Conquest intercooler will work. You might also try one off a Volvo Turbo or something similar. I'd plan on $100 for the intercooler and $100 for the piping.

You can do EVO, SRT4, STARION, Isuzu NPR or Mitsubishi FUSO.
