Hi,

In Belgium we did not get a cd changer as an option on the 2g Eclipse. I have recently got hold of a 6disc cd changer. But I will need to find the 13pin cable that goes from radio to cd changer. Radio is a MB943298, for which I found a way to switch to amber lighting

Does anyone have the cable for sale? I'm willing to pay shipping to Belgium.

This is the cd changer: it was taken from a 3000gt

Do I need a special bracket to fit it into the Eclipse?
Also, any advise on how to power the changer?

It’s been awhile since I messed with the changer, but I’m fairly certain there’s no bracket needed, it should bolt right into the right side of the trunk.

Just FYI you may only need an 8 pin cable: Don't know if yours must be different, but here in the USA my factory new 1999 Eclipse GST has an 8 pin (plus shield ground) CD changer cable even though the socket on the back of the radio has 13 pins (plus shield ground). My radio has both CD and cassette - model MR225577. Many USA Eclipses like mine came with the cable but no changer so that may be a source for you.

I found a kenwood cable online with 13pin. Would that work? Or does anyone have a spare cable they no longer use?
