stock 2g gst runing rich

I have a bone stock 95 gst and it is runing rich as hell I pulled the plugs out and they are complete wet with fuel when it is cold when it worms up it is still rich but the plug are not wet with fuel the only thing I did was take the honeycomb out but kept the middle one in

Ummm, the honeycomb being the MAF?

If so thats the problem, the car has no idea how much air is coming into the car so it is adjusting the fuel to run pig rich so you don't have any pre-detonation/knock/lean issues.

Was it running rich before you took out the honeycombs? If not then you should just put them back in.

how can I change it to a gm style mass air and how much would it cost I looked on the forums but it come up with all kinds of stuff besides the gm mass air

You should try searching this site using the search forums option. Tons of info if you are willing to read a little bit there is several threads that give a good step by step analysis of how to do this.

You should also run a boost leak test. Its good to do once in awhile, even if you havnt changed much leaks can appear, and will cause you to run rich in many cases.

could be your temperature sensor. Mine went and the thing ran fat as hell when cold, and stil pretty fat when warm.

I have no check engine on that is screwing me up I just got the car I have a mustang drag car I no everything about them but not to much about dsm's it is just a toy for the street

That is in the classifieds, since you have a mustang drag car... just buy that since your ballin.

2. I would search and read now. Many things could be wrong with your car at this moment.
3. Put the Honeycomb back in and do a Boost Leak Test.
4. Do not ask "how do I do a boost leak test" SEARCH
5. Get a datalogger, your o2 sensor could be crapping out OR your Coolant Temp Sensor aka ETS could be going out as well.

Taking out the honeycombs never gave me a CEL
When my coolant temp sending unit went out, it didn't give me a CEL
Boost leaks won't give a CEL
O2 sensor going out won't give a CEL...Only gives CEL when it's 100% dead

when I unplug the mass air the car run's geat surge's alittle from the mass air being unpluged but run's fine
