2G Still having throttle issues

Already did a blt.. What should I look at next?

What's the CEL for? Did you check the IAC and TPS? The fact that it's fluctuating at idle seems like the IAC. I had a similar problem, though not as extreme. One of the IAC coils was dead, and when I removed it the o ring wasn't seated properly.

Yes that is exactly what I'm trying to look at now. But these damn screws... Stripped

I have no idea about the cel my obd port isn't wanting to work.

Well you don't have to remove the sensors to test them. Just unplug, and test according to your manual or the million posts on here. The IAC is the easiest, you just have to remove the battery for easier access. Check for continuity between pins 1 and 2, 2 and 3, 4 and 5, 5 and 6. Also, use an 8mm wrench, not the screw head. Check your connections to the obd port or swap it with a junkyard one. You're gonna need that in the long run.

Idk which reading on the multimeter to use..

Your reading ohms. I believe the coils should read around 30. I knew right away when one of my coils was dead because the needle didn't move like it did on the other coils.

They have an 8mm hex on them too...

Need to find out what the CEL is.
