I have a 98 eclipse gs 420a non turbo. The engine is turning over but won't start completely. I have replaced the fuel filter, all spark plugs, ignition coil, spark plug wires. The fuel pump pressurizes when turned to acc. I'm running out of ideas. The only thing I can think it could be is the fuel pump filter is clogged up. Any ideas?

And ## problem is ## crank sensor behind the block. It has two bolts holding it. And pull it out carefully that would get ## car running I had the same problem with my old eclipse

what would the symptoms be if it is that? what happen to me was i was driving down the road, the car kinda "jumped" and stopped. when i came to a stop, i pushed the clutch down and then the whole engine cut off.

So does it start and die or does it just rotate?
