steering wheel?

Remove the screws that hold the horn cover on the steering wheel, then use a steering wheel puller, which you can borrow or rent from your local parts store to pull it off of the steering shaft. It is pressed on there. You can also use a smalll two jaw puller if you screw bolts into the thread inserts on the flat piece of the steering wheel. And then use those to pry off the steering wheel.

Push in and up on the horn button pad.

Unscrew the actual horn button from the wheel. Undo the electrical plug. (one wire)

Unbolt the steering wheel. (17mm)

Pull like you have never pulled before to break that baby loose, be careful not to punch yourself in the face. Or use/borrow a steering wheel puller.
