My 
lately has been a PITA!! 
At a cold start up, it has trouble starting, then at others, it starts right up. Now, when I do get it started, it roughly idles between 700 and 900, until it warms up, once it warms up, 
bam!! all the problems go away and I can put in gear and pull away with no problems. Now, once I get rolling, when I boost, I can't get past 4 1/2 grand, no matter what gear or if I creep up there or floor it. My Mech and I did a boost leak, we only found a leak on the TB and my LIC pipe, that was it. I fixed those and did it again, no leaks whatsoever. My Mech had said that it is fuel cut and my ecu is the prob. We tuned it accordingly to my setup and it still has these problems. What can I do to fix this and where can I get a Reprogrammed ECU or how can I fix this? Any and all good advice would be great, thanks again....
