New plugs gapped .028, new wires all ngk. I get a ramdom misfire P0300 every 20-50 miles and P0303 (cylinder3) not as often, mostly occurs during idle or low rpm driving. Also at idle when I first start it in the morning and turn on an accessory like my air the engine will almost die and sometimes does. Tonight driving home all I had were my lights on and when I stoped to turn and turned my blinker on the cluster lights pulsated(dim, bright dim...etc.) with the blinker.

Could the idle be caused by clogged injectors or fuel filter?
Could the weird draw of current be an alternator problem or something else?

This could easily be caused by #2 and #3 plug wires being reversed. That will cause P0300 and/or P0303. It will also mess with idle. I know because I accidentally did this the other day when changing plugs...I even wrote the right numbers on each end of each plug to make sure it doesn't. Double check that.
