Starting issues

Sup guys so my 95 eagle talon taon wont turn oveer the baterry is good all grounds are good and you can kinda hear the starter barely whining not clikin but whining what do guys think it is? I would really apreciate any help? Ps its an automatic.

I would test the leads to make sure your getting enough juice. If you have an auto zone or orielly's around they should be able to test it for you so you don't just start throwing parts at it. Does it just whine all the time or does it want to turn over at times and no fire?

Its doesent turn over at all

Check the starter. If that's fine then make sure you're getting spark and fuel.

get a multimeter and make sure your getting voltage at the starter.
