I'm swapping my NT transmission for a rebuilt Turbo transmission and I know I have to get the turbo starter plate in order for the starter to mount properly. Does anyone know the part number for the starter plate or where I can purchase it? Also is "Starter Plate" the real name of the part? Thanks.

can you cut your current plate where the starter bolts and then put the piece you cut when you put the starter on. That is what is done for a/t to manual swaps i believe

Sorry, I should have specified. It's a NT manual transmission to turbo manual transmission swap.

no you did specify. its still bolting to the same block and both transes have same bolt pattern with the exception of starter possibly
