2G Starter Clicking

My turbo blew recently, so while i was saving up and upgrading to a 14b I decided to try out a fusebox relocation. Mustve mixed up wires because it didn't start. Decided it'd be quicker to buy a new harness and work on the old one outside of the car. Threw the harness in tonight and now it won't start. I can hear the starter clicking but nothing else. All the fuses under the hood are good. It started right up before I pulled the harness out. And the battery was also charged.

Check for a bad connection. Most likely it will be around the battery. Could be a bad ground as well.

Try boosting from another battery just in case. The starter clicking is usually a sign of not enough amps getting to the starter. It can still read 12V, but won't have enough amps to crank the starter.

Getting wires crossed is quite the issue seeing as it could be one of a million things that are mixed up. Take your time and do it right.

Fallow the black wire with white stripe that comes out of the starter, its a short wire connected to the harness, disconnect the plug and make a jump from the starter wire to the battery (positive), it should crank there, if it doesn't, check all grounds, make sure the starter is tight bolted on and the grounds on the battery is clean and tight, also check the same ground on the firewall (one side of the battery) and on the transmission (close to the starter bolt).
Don't just look at them and see that they look good, remove the bolts and clean very well the area, after cleaning the area and the wire side, bolt it back and give another try, It has to crank like this, if it fails then it should be the starter it self, hit the starter with a hammer, bar or something to see if it works again.

It should be just a bad ground or some how the starter got stuck,
It has happened to me and some times hitting the starter will bring it back to life.

Just had a similar problem, ended up being that I forgot the plug the resistor box in on the firewall. UPDATE: Car started, runs/drives, except I no longer have a check engline light come on (I should) when I first start it, and then after about 6-7 minutes, my MFI/MPI relay starts to click, causing the car to stutter, almost like maybe it's hitting fuel cut. Another thing is I don't seem to be hitting full boost until about 5000rpms with a 14b. Could i have incorrectly hooked up some lines and the car is tricking itself into thinking it's taking more air than it really is?, The check engine light also comes on when the relay starts to click.. It clicks consistently about 5-6 times and then stops again for a couple minutes and then will just keep repeating on and off.
