Rythmic Clicking?

I have a wierd clicking noise on throttle. Between 2-15% throttle. Can do it in neutral as well as moving. It won't happen all the time but most of the time it does. I stuck my head under the dash and it sounds like its coming from the firewall/ above the clutch pedal. But when I go into the engine bay I cannot hear it when pushing the throttle cable.

I tried searching and it's neither the CV joints nor the MPI/MFI relay.

Your throttle cable is probly rubbing on something under the dash. Does this happen with the car on, off, or all the time?

more sounds like MPI relay if you hear the clicking in neutral.

Take your ECU out, crack it open and see what's going on underneath the lid. You might have swollen and leaking caps that controls the circuit to the MPI relay why they click.

There is a little emissions relay by the Fuel Pressure Regulator Solenoid. I had the issue on my 1995 GS-T years ago where the solenoid would just keep clicking. I just replaced it with a junkyard unit. I believe the solenoid is interchangeable with some Hyundai 2.0 models as well.
