Square on block by turbo??

What is this square that sticks out of the block for? Could I grind some of it off? I have different coolant lines and my silicone hose rubs on the square.

Grinded it off. Coolant line clears now. Life is good.

why wouldn't it fit before? What lines were you putting in?

My stock lines were kind of mangled so I just bought some downward lines to clean it up a bit. And I was having trouble with the 1g oil feed hardline and coolant lines hitting my 2g water pipe.
