When I gas it at half throttle from 2nd gear and go up to 5k it sputters bad like it bogs and backfires but it pulls smooth at full throttle. Recently got a BR7ES gapped at .28 any advice and suggestions what i can do would be nice. Im thinking it’s because i dont have a tune but it ran fine before but it was warmer

If you replaced yoyr spark plugs, try going back and making sure the spark plug wires are pressed all the way down and seated on the coil pack. Also did you take any intercooler pipes off? Maybe boost leak testing it. That gap may be too small for that set up without proper tuning, someone can probably confirm that.

What car are you talking about? A vehicle profile would certainly help.

Do you have any sort of engine management, i.e. ECMLink? How much boost are you running? Any fuel management?
You might want to go back to the standard BPR6ES plugs. The 7's are colder and usually only needed if you're pushing big HP. I know my DSM didn't like 7's, so I switched back to 6's and it was happy again.
A few other things could contribute:
Spark plug wires
boost leak
PCV valve

Tried it again today…it runs fine now at any throttle position idk whats up with it. Did multiple pulls aswell

Thank you guys for replying tho, nice to know there’s people out there willing to help

Yeah make sure thats pressed down good. theres a metal clip that sits around the edge that locks it down to keep it from coming off. Ive seen some freinds bend a paper clip and use that if you don't have one.
