Ok my car is throwing exess gas, but i rev it up and the turbo spools but it wont pass 2.5k rpms. Any help why can this be hapening.

If your running excessively rich it will sputter. Have you boost leak tested it yet?

I had a problem awhile back when my car did the same thing. The problem with mine was the UICP(where it connects to the intake pipe) had slipped off a bit. It was a Simple fix for me, just thought i would throw it out there.

Check all your charge pipes and hoses.

+1k to boot leak test. So simple but yet fixes so many problems.

If your running excessively rich it will sputter. Have you boost leak tested it yet?
