I have a 97 gst with a 95 ecu and a 1g cas.
I swapped my wires around but didn't swap Injector wires.
Question is, do I have to? I have another thread about my car breaking
Up on WOT and the problem is still here.

Usually sputtering under boost is related to ignition. Most of the tune anything cheaper than ngk will last a week. And get some br7es spark plugs gapped to .028 and take it from there.

I have went through MULTIPLE sets of plugs. Gaps ranging from .020-.028 heat range from 6-8
I've tried a different MAF, CAS, wires, coils, igniter(power transistor)
So far I haven't been able to track down the problem. I'm told its ignition related
But don't know what else to try. Since its a 97 with a 95 ecu I was hoping the
Injector wires had to be swapped. But that's all done through link?

You don't have to swap anything since you have ecmlink you can just check the boxes in link that correspond to what you need to do. Also what spark plugs Are you using and what are they gapped to? And have you done a boost leak test yet? And its not the injector wires that need to be swapped its the spark plug wires!! If your on stock plugs you need to go a step colder and gap around .026-.028 if your running around 18-20psi if your running more boost around 25ish you may need to go 2 steps colder on plugs. Also since you have link post a log so we can look over it and possible help you with your tune. When it breaks up do you get knock? How is your timing curve and what boost levels are you running?

Did BLT tests and came up good. Running bp7es gapped from .020-.028
It's a Evo 8 map. Anything over 15 psi she breaks up but no knock.
I'm getting tuned tonight. I'll log and post it

As crazy as this will sound I fixed the problem. My "full" exhaust must've been
Holding me back big time. I borrowed from a buddy his fabbed up bumper exit exhaust.
Not only does the car run better then I've ever seen it, but a log shows proof.
Unfortunately I'm now maxed on my injectors. I went from 23psi flowing 42lbs a min
To 23psi at 47lbs a min

Ok I'm having the exact same problem!!

I have a 3inch exhaust, with a high flow cat with a bosi muffler 2 tips. So your problem was restriction?

I had the exact same problem, i pulled my plugs, and dropped the gap from .028 down to .020 ( im also running e85 though ) and it took my sputtering away. I will be replacing my plgs tomarrow, and then parking the car for winter sunday :(

No matter what I did nothing changed, I hate being a parts changer but I was desperate,LOL.

Changed injectors
Changed injector resistor box
Changed the transistor
Changed spark plugs
Changed spark plug wires (Accel 8mm)
Changed CAS
Changed stock FPR
Changed the firing order that Road Race Engineering 2341 to ECMLink to 3214

I checked the cylinder misfire on ECMLink v3 lite and when it stumbles, no CEL was present. When the car is cold it pulls no stumble, but soon as operation temp rises, here we go again. I don't know, I'm stumped!!!

Mine was the same. When cold it pulled good. When hot kr average warm up. It was missing, sputtering. I lowered the gap on my plugs and for 2 days now its going good
