Points:

Boost level doesn't matter, does it the same at 12psi as at 18psi.
Brand new .030 gapped ngk's hiding under a COP.
Logger says no knock and everything else is normal.
Base fuel pressure is set at 42ish psi w/rewired walbro 255hp and 680's.
It's always right when full boost is hit, is fine until boost stops building and stays constant.
Does NOT feel like timing is being pulled, just sputtering.

Ideas?

No boost leaks.

What afr does you wbo2 read during the run? Have you tried to lower gap. I never run more than .028 on any dsm. Also what wires and how old are they?

My wideband isn't hooked up currently. I'm running a COP, no wires. I'll try closing up the gap tomorrow.

I gap mine at .023 and dont have a problem at 18psi. Ive had a pretty serious problem with spark blowout at .030

Did you get this fixed yet?

Yep. Turns out the new fuel pump (255hp+rewire) was flowing a lot more fuel, about 14psi more and required the afpr to be turned down to normal levels.
