I get a lot of sputtering at about 3500rpm full throttle. I think it's choking on fuel but I'm not sure. I have about 15-17psi and 680cc injectors. Is it just getting too much fuel?

Sputtering does not sound like fuel cut or choking on fuel. You will KNOW when it's doing that when you feel you are being slammed into a brick wall. Check your ignition and see about replacing the spark plugs, check wires, and also check the coil pack.

Actually, it sounds like rich sputter. It can happen if you are running too rich. What are your trims looking like? What do you have to control fuel (AFC, MAFT)?

SAFC, I think I figured it out. I just kept leaning it out until the sputting went away. Now I'm at about -32% at high throttle at about 3000 rpms.

Good to hear. I figured this out because my car was getting the same symptoms and I found I was too rich. It seems the leaner you go (without knock), the faster your car goes!

lean is mean but it also can mess things up alot faster than runnin rich...
