I have a 92' TSi Talon, and I installed a TD05 EVO III turbo on it. But NE wayz, when its cold out, and I go to drive it, it spools high, but I don't get the pull out, or feel NE power. and sometime gets sluggy... but when I really romp on it, it'll pull out fine. and when its all warmed up it works completely normal. NE one have ideas? Thanks!

I dont even know what you're saying that your car spools high when it's first started..

But... I woulden't just start your car up and beat on it and go into full boost. I personally let my car fully warm up before I hit full boost.

Im not sayin a beat it...it did it for my old 14b, and now since I have the EVO III, and I know from the factory it isn't that sluggy.... I have no idea... its just annoying b/c normal driving when 1st started it shouldn't be doing that. I mean im not boosting, just all factory 10psi...no controllers or NE thing.. and its that way.

Have you tested for a small boost leak? Or maybe your fuel pump is getting worn. Hell i don't know. You didn't give us to much info to build our reasons on! Does it bog down? Like stutter?

It's normal for it to do that in the wintertime. Almost all turbo cars I've driven in the winter do that when you first start them up. Just try to avoid high boosting when you aren't at operating temp.
