speedometer kinda works

my speedometer goes up to like 20mph then it stops working, i could be hitting 100 n itl say no more than 25 idk what i can do? and also whenever i shift gears its hard to get into them, the clutch seems fine since i just bought a stage 3, but the shifter is very stiff and hard to get into the gears. also my reverse gives me trouble all the time it make that grinding noise even with the clutch all the way down, i have to turn it off n go to reverse!! what can i do??

Probably just need to replace the speed sensor. Its located on top of the trans towards the rear near the starter, kinda under the UICP just before the TB. The harness plug for the sensor is grouped in with the wiring to the front O2 sensor.

This sensor also drives the odometer, if you zero the trip odometer and drive around does the mileage still increase?

ya the mileage works, n the rpm also works fine its just the speedometer is ####ing retarded it doesnt pass 25 mph
