Okay can someone give me advice on how to get this damn speed sensor out!! 1ga dsm trying to replace with the speed sensor that has the spot for the 10 mm bolt

its possible the cable has jammed inside the sensor due to the cable being bad. can you spin the current sensor?

im guessing your replacing it because your speedometer doesnt work?
 
Yes the cable should just slide out. It has small guide pin but nothing holds it into the actual casing besides the nut you already loosened.

And uh oh that’s not good yes I can spin it, and yes I did a dig and the sensor popped out because where it bolts in the little bracket had fallen off!

When you spin the sensor that's attached does the speedo move? If so, cable is fine. It might be stuck on there, try give the old sensor a few taps to see if it frees up. Usually once you unscrew the cap it will come right out.
