I've been using a Spec Stage 2+ clutch for about three months. It was intalled with a Fidanza flywheel. It replaced a Clutchmasters clutch which only lasted a couple years and slipped and smoked upon any launch approaching 3000 rpms.
Initial observation was that the Spec clutch had a very light feel. I never thought the Clutchmasters was fim but the Spec is much lighter. I thought at first that I had not fully bled the hydraulic system.
The quick grab (along with the free revving flywheel) took some getting used to but the firm holding power without slip was a welcome change. Engagement is smooth. It easily handles the occasional (accidental) launch from over 3000 rpms without slippage or smoking. Time will tell if it holds up long term but so far it seems to be a very high quality upgrade.
