1G Sparks once, then nothing until I stop cranking, then 1 spark

As the title says, I have a 92 Talon that sparks once when I first start cranking. I can keep cranking and get nothing. Then when I let go of the key, I get a spark. Not sure what's going on. Coil tested out good (13.2 & 13.4 I think on the secondary coils. Primary was .1 but that's as accurate as my multimeter goes), just had the ECU rebuilt by ECMlink, MPI relay clicks, did a point to point test on the wires from the ecu to the coil and they were good. Got any ideas? Thanks in advance.

No I have not. I got one from a friend to try who said it came off a running car.

Primary was .1 but that's as accurate as my multimeter goes)

.1??? On what scale? Do you mean 1.0? Primary spec is 0.77-0.95 ohms (although they typically go just over 1.0 when warm or old).

If not coil or PTU, check the CAS.

turned out i had a broken wire from the ecu to the cas. jumped a wire from the ecu plug to the cas plug and got spark. thanks to all for the posts and suggestions.
