Spark Plug Anti-fouler?

Does anybody know where I could get one? I wanted to try that method for the second o2 sensor since I have no catalytic converter.

"I used to be on the hunt for the elusive O2 sim. Then I discovered, from another evom member, the great use of spark plug anti-foulers.
They are on the HELP isle at Pep Boys.
Get the two pack, deep, 18mm version.
Drill out one of them with a 1/2" drill (easy).
Screw the drilled one into the un-drilled one.
Remove your rear O2 sensor, screw in the anti-foulers, screw the O2 sensor into the anti foulers. Done.
There is a small hole in the anti-fouler that lets in a little exhaust, but not enough to let the sensor know the cat is gone.
I've had this in for over 9k miles with no SES (CEL).
Total cost $4.95"

It bascially sits your rear O2 sensor out of the exhaust stream so it cannot detect as much unburnt emissions.

so i have to remove the o2 sensor thats below the engine like before the cat?

so do they still sell the non-foulers at stores? and 18mm will work with a 97 gsx?

and will i pass emissions with this?

Ive also done this in my 97 nissan pickup. 20,000miles and no CEL.
