13"......brembo rotors......and 6 piston calipers......weigh.....less ....then my stock dsm brakes:)

sure the 6 piston calipers do, i'm talking about the rotors. the calipers are probably cnc'ed out of a solid block of aluminum or something. but the rotor (unless they're the new ceramic ones) are going to weigh more even with aluminum hats.

enough with this #@%#@%#@%#@%. i've got better things to do.

LOL you dont *need* a $500 boost controller but you have it right?..exactly my point:thumb:

"Go fast with class" To me is complete BS! In my case I want to go as fast as I can at the track.

well considering total time spent at the track usually wont equal 1%. i like to drive my car on normal road's maybe take my girl out and stuff like that. i don't need some stripped noisy POS. the ac will stay in the car heat POWER STEERING and all other accessories. the women gets a kick out of driving the dsm also. those are my reason. to me a full weight mid 11 second car, is far more impressive then some stripped POS. *but that's me* i guess since my car did not start as a POS i see no point in turning it into one.

Lol true.

another question is why you've decide that ditching the sidewall advantage of a 16 inch tire just to fit huge brakes behind it.

evrey guy i've known to do this on a fast car (read : not a civic) has ultimately went back. there's very little traction to be had with a 40-45 series sidewall.

and where can you even get a brembo 6 piston 13 inch system anyways since brembo doesn't even carry a package for our cars jackass  only 2g's and 3k vr4's

excuse me for not #@%#@%#@%#@%#@%ing with you on through the night, but i have to go pull my tranny (bastard rebuild) and help my friend work on his 9 second cutlass with *gasp* no power steering.

I am still failing to realize why you think a car with removed parts is a POS!

I "personally" bought my wife her own car to drive, and myself another car to drive. I only drive my eclipse when I want to not becasue I have too. Again you made your point of why you do not like a "stripped" car.
WE ALL UNDERSTAND!

how can you *realize why* and then fail to understand in the same breath:laugh:

WOW

Well about enough of this thread. Eveyone has their own opinion about what constitutes fast and what constitutes a POS.
