2G solid motor mounts auto

I've been looking for solid mounts for my auto but it seems that everywhere I look they are either sold out or discontinued. those anyone know who would have them?

I'm looking for a set too. There was a guy awhile back that made press in mounts from aluminum. Maybe he could do another batch or maybe Paul Volk @99gst_racer could do some or any other fab guys here.

I know this probably doesn't help but I recently discovered that the front and rear roll stoppers are the same for automatic 4g63 and 420a. Maybe this will help expand your search. There's no love for autos.

the only thing that is different is the tranny mount itself.

Prothane make solid mounts for autos driver and passenger sides, seem to have lost my auto unit in the garage at the moment. I also think torque solution also make a poly insert for them aswell.

Are you specificly talking about the tranny side or the front/rear ones that are normally only inserts

what I was trying to say is that all mounts except for the tranny mount itself are the same for the autos and manual.

The auto mount looks different on the trans but the polly mount from the kit still fits inside of it. At least for 1g. The only mounts I had to actually change was the front and rear to a manual mount with a polly insert. Not the ones that bolt to the block, just the frame.

So what's wrong with the avid mounts? You could always use the window weld method and make your own solid mounts.

Anybody have any luck sourcing any aftermarket 2g auto awd mounts? Which of the mounts are the same between manual and auto?

Tranny mount and rear roll stop are different. I would up using deck urethane on mine and they've held up great. Only $7.

U could get them custom made. Just a idea.... A machine shop could do it easy

I wouldn't say they could do it easily unless they simply made some inserts. It's baffling to me that there's no aftermarket 2g auto awd mounts available... Especially with all the automagic hype.

Well I've worked in a machine shop and they can fab pretty much whatever. Not saying it will be super easy, but they can def do it. Yeah I can't believe they don't either. I'm planning on running solid mounts too. But mines a standard
