Socket my ecu: Chicago

I just picked up a eprom ecu. I'm looking for somebody in the Chicago area to socket it for me. I've been to sooo many shops only to be rejected.

If you don't mind sending it away (not sure how far, but still in IL), I'd recommend sending it to steve (View Profile: steve - DSMtuners.com). He has been doing electronics work on ECU's for a while now and is highly recommended if you don't want to send it to ECM Tuning on the east coast. I wouldn't take my ECU anywhere but to him or ECM Tuning as I've read of a lot of people getting theirs messed up by electronics shops.

Does anybody know of anyone in Canada that would socket my E.C.U. And help me avoid having to send it all the way to the guys at dsmlink.
