So yeah...my plugs were swimming in oil

Alright Ive been having this problem for about a week and I have no idea whats wrong! About 1/5 times that I start my car it will run super crappy. The car falls flat on its face for acceleration, only boosts to about 5 psi, and vibrates pretty bad even during idle. Also my oil pressure starts out really low when I start up the car. Also some times but not all of the time the problem will clear itself up as I drive, and other times the car will run perfect.

So I decided to check my spark plugs and when I puled the cover off they were swimming in a pool of oil from previous times the owner had put in oil im guessing (Plus ive spilled a little in there too. ) So Im like great I solved the problem. But I heard that it wouldnt make a difference to the car if there was a lot of oil in there anyways. Should I change my spark plugs anyways? I havent checked the actual plugs yet. Could that be it? A friend also suggested that it could be my valve cover seal? I just dont know why the car runs crappy only part of the time. Please if you have any ideas it would mean the world to me. I just want my car to run normal again.

Oil on top of valve cover is indicative of either a bad oil cap gasket or crack in the valvecover itself (very easy to crack if over-torking the bolts) .

If oil is filling the plug wells, then likely one or more of the the (4) valve cover gaskets that seal the plug wells has failed.

In either case, oil contamination of the sparkplug boot/connector/well can cause misfires which you may be seeing

I think the oil is from me spilling it in there. Ive split it like in there about 3 times....Also are these symptoms of oil contamination?
