Thought I'd share the paint pics after it just got painted . Kevin hathaway in RDU area NC did this at a awsome price for me and a awsome paint job at that !

Belize Green . I got paint and so did he so , the cost I can't realy discuss but seeing that I worked at a body shop for a while and did alot of trim work and saw paint jobs running from 800 to 10,000 Tjis job as I see ion the pics looks like close to a 1000 paint job .. He is DOHC turbo on carolina dsm .com if you want him to do any work for you .

very nice,my new(well new to me)GVR-4 is belize green.kinda wierd color,looks gray at times.Your car will look great when finished. the blue dsm look nice too.

Belize Green G31 paint code
The color is the same as factory.Jambs and hatch and underhood retouched because it didnt nee a whole lot there .

not really,those numbers seem like pretty good prices.Sure you can get a 300 dollar paintjob,but if you look at it too hard the paint will crack off ,and then they'll use cheap ass enamel paint and no clear,just not worth it.there is alot of work that goes into painting a car,and alot of equipment thats very expensive being used to obtain an optimal finished product,in the end it pays off.When i had my 2g(see gallery) painted,it was a 2000 dolar paintjob(including some body work).It was black pearl with blue mini metalic flakes wich you could only see in the sunlight.I didn't pay for it,the insurance company did,I just knew the guy at the body sho and he had just painted a civic the same scheme and still had the color avaiable,so it worked out for both of us.

I guess for someone as poor as me $1000 is too much for paint I'll be happy if this new paint on my car last about 2 years or until I sell it

I guess your talking about my car. The guy who painted my car never gave it a name and I forgot to ask him. When compared to a WRX the color is almost exactly the same so you could call it WRX blue

It came out really niceeee!!!!!! i got almost the same paint job for my 1g not that long ago,last summer,i got Black Metalic,they use that color on those new BMW right now
