So i sea foamed my Talon today to see if I could find any leaks in the intake manifold and I didn't find any. But while running I noticed smoke from the sea foam coming out of the joint where the manifold and turbo meet.

What does this mean? I also haven't been able to build boost, could this be the cause of it?

When i did a boost leak test held 30psi with no leaks.

A boost leak test isn't going to show anything post exhaust valves. If you had smoke coming out of it, chances are the gasket is blown and you're going to have spool problems, lag, and noise among other things. Any bit of exhaust gas not hitting the turbine is going to kill the turbos ability to spool and build boost.

Either the gasket between the turbine housing and manifold is shot or you've developed a crack in your manifold. It will affect spool and AFR.

I will check the gasket and see what it looks like. Im just hoping thats all it is. Maybe an easy fix i am running an evo 3 mani but looking to go to a tubular style after i find a 16g.
