Been trying to get car smogged but 5 monitors won’t set, I’m wondering because I did swap my blown oem 14b turbo to a 16g and I have been running it fine, just fuel cut if I go WOT in 4th and go to high enough rpm, but I have mostly been nice to the car. I haven’t really noticed any downsides to the no tune either, I feel like it may be running a little rich but not much at all. All I am asking is if this would effect much of my other smog monitors, my egr, catalytic, evap, o2 sensor, and o2 heater. I get it if would throw off some of the other monitors but my egr and evap?

Fuel cut is the ECU seeing too much airflow and cutting fuel to make sure you don't overboost.
Your Spyder didn't come with a 14b, it would have come with a T25 and there is a big difference between the two and you should make sure your boost is turned down until everything is ready for more. I have to wonder what else is non-stock that causing you issues. Are you getting fault codes for your EGR and Evap Solenoid?

If you want to solve this readyness issue you will have to be systematic in diagnosing and bringing the car up to good health.
