Small screw in throttle body

I was looking at my throttle body today and it seems like i am missing a screw. When standing on the passenger side it is to the right of the vac lines. There is a small screw that is gone. There is also a larger screw right above it that sits down in the throttle body but this is like 1/4 of the size. Do you know what it is or where i can get a new one

It idles really high after i drive it like 1800 but when i first start it it idles really low. So yes the idle is jacked.
