For the past week i have been experiencing very slow spool on my 14b in 1st gear only.
Normally it will reach 15psi by 3500 rpm in 1st gear.

This week though its not reaching full spool until 5000 rpm.
All other gears it still reaches full spool at 3500. In 5th gear i can get 10psi at 2800rpm.

Seems that since its gotten colder outside that this is when i noticed the change.

My only explination would be cracks in the manifold but im not sure. I know it has some repairs from before i had it. Guess i should take the shield back off and see if it recracked.

Something sounds wrong. You should be hitting full boost by about 2700 rpms I would think. You need to do a boost leak test. Most likely your injectors seals are leaking. Read this
