slave cylinder problem

Okay. I've search but not quit yet.

I set the clutch adjustment so that it will fully compress fluid to the slave. For some reason no matter how I adjust the MC rod, and when I push the slave rod, it'll compress in but will not adjust itself back to the fork. It'll stay in the slave until I push the clutch pedal and the pedal will stick to the floor untill I pull it back then it'll begin to get harder after that. I change the MC and slave already. No leaking anywhere also. Already try bleeding the slave and the lines.

It will go in gear. First gear pop back out when drive and reverse is really hard to get into. I'll have to slam it to the right and it'll go in reverse. This happend after installing a new act 2600 clutch. Did not have this problem till the new clutch install.

Did you install a new clutch fork? I did my clutch and flywheel first the salve cylinder went out then the master cylinder went out replaced both and now it's fine. But had the same exact symptoms.

No but I don't see anything wrong with the clutch fork.

I know you said you replaced both the MC and the slave cylinder but it sounds to me that one of them is faulty in the clutch system. Did you get lifetime warranty ones you could take them both back and get brand new ones and try again. Sometimes they do give faulty parts even though they are remanufactured or brand new.

I had the exact same problem but fixed it with just a new slave cyl. and fluid.

I got the slave and master cylinder to work properly now. Slave rod is pushing back out with proper bleeding.
