Im still not getting my ecu to boot up, when i turn the key i dont get a check engine light. I hear alot about the mpi relay, does anyone know the location of it? also it had an after market alarm and turbo timer on it wich was removed . would this have anything to do with it? Thanks for the help

I had an aftermarket alarm and turbo timer on it which was removed, would this have anything to do with it?

Both an aftermarket alarm and turbo timer interrupt the signals from the ignition switch and could easily cause the problem.

Sounds like you need to get a Factory Service Manual for your year and start checking the wiring from the ignition switch to see what's working correctly and what's not.
