Ok so when i bought my 98 Eclipse w/ 150k miles on it it was missing the right sideskirt panel peice. I bought one and need to get it painted but started thinking if it would look weird due to the paint on my car is obviously faded alittle, because the sideskirt wouldnt be faded wouldnt it look weird and somewhat a different color cause of the brand new paint on the sideskirt panel???

If you take the car to a paint/body shop they will have about 15 different shades of the paint code on your car, this is how they compensate to give you a perfect match to the paint that is on the car. I just had a new bumper painted for my car and there where 14 different shades of my A52 paint code, we just held the samples up to the paint and picked the one that matched the best.

Yes they will be able to match the paint perfectly. You should be able to bring just your fuel door and the side skirt piece you need painted in and they should be able to match the paint in the fuel door and paint the skirt. Then just install the skirt and fuel door and you will be set.
