Just a question it has the big spring and ball guess it might be considered the smaller one, im estimating that if i shut it all the way i will only get 15pnds i only want to run 12 i dont have a boost guage yet and i want this thing to have a little more pep and thats it nothing huge nothing dramatic just up n go when i push on the peddle

Not exactly sure what you are asking but I will take a guess?
You are wanting to run 12psi?
What turbo do you got?
I believe stock boost is about 9-12psi. So if you have a MBC you would want to leave it all the way out because that would be wastegate pressure from your turbo.
If you turn your MBC in it adds psi to your wastegate so if youre on stock wastegate pressure and then you turn your mbc in 1 pound that would give you about 13psi if you turn it in 2 pounds you will have 14psi you see?

So if you want MORE boost than stock, which like I said I belive is about 9-12 on the evo 3 16g, then you will need to turn in the MBC
BUT, do NOT do that until you have a boost gauge, a wideband, and fuel support. That is, if you care about your motor.
Also if you feel like it doesn't have much pull, do a Boost leak test. WHen I first installed my evo 3 16g, I was amazed at the pull, sooo much different than the stock T25 LOL.

But you will end up getting fuel cut and other bad things if you just go turning it up etc.

I got all the supporting mods, i have the 255 walbro, fpr, mbc, and shift kit I got my mbc hooked up from the acutaor to the bleeder side nipple and form the other nipple to my j pipe then i have the top bcs caped off and the bottom nipple on the bcs ran to the stock air intake

Lookin good, but I would not turn up the boost until you can tune for it.

Also you will probably want to get a FMIC if you don't have one already.

Update your profile with everything you got so we can see what you have :)
