I found a guybthat is selling a 7 boldoter for100$ he said it needs to be rebuilt on the bottom end and that it's been sitting for a whip what should do or look for

you should take the hundred bucks and take a english class first.

if your rebuilding it make sure
A. the block is salvageable
B. the mains and crank are machinable
C. check for visual cracks
