hi, my car is really hard to get into first gear and reverse. i already changed my trans fluid about 2k ago. i have a rre short shifter in it. do you think new shifter bushing would help?

is it not letting you into first and reverse because of bad clutch engagement? If so check clutch master cylinder as well as the slave cyl.

Check for leaks at mc and sc then bleed the system. You can also adjust the mc to bring the engagement a little higer. If the engagement changes again after you adjust it, don't adjust it anymore the problem is somewhere else.

some one once told me that there were no syncros for reverse. and usually when ur syncros are going cant you hear them? it makes a wining sound.

is there a write up or some where i can go to find out how to bleed the mc? bc i cant drive the car this this. you have to push so hard just to get it in gear.

It's for slave cylnder replacement but it shows how to bleed your clutch PROPERLY at the end of the article.

That's for the clutch adjustment. Wasn't sure what you meant by "bleed the mc". Both links are for 1g but same idea.
