Setup, need a little advise.

Im looking for a turbo to put me in 450whp range. All im looking to change out is injectors and my turbo.

My current setup is:
255 pump
AFPR
2.5" turbo back Ex
act 2600
Fidaza flywheel
2g mas
550 cc injectors
big 16g
stage 3 keydriver chip
dejon tool sidemount and intercooler pipes
crushed 1g bov

I this that is all, but anyway what would you think I need to change to get around 450. i was looking into a FP green turbo and 1000cc injectors. Also I will be buying dsm link. Thank you for any responce. And sorry to any mod if this is not the correct place to put this.

If you are looking to get a turbo that is bigger than a 16G than you will definately want to go with a frontmount intercooler

I know you only want to change your injectors. But since you want to go with a bigger turbo you might think about going to a 3" exhaust. It will help move that gas out faster and cut down on turbo lag. I'm supprised that you haven't put a FMIC in yet. Not only does it give more power but it's also much safer for the car.

Whatever you do 400+hp is going to be awesome

You wont need 1000cc injectors to get there. But with dsmlink it cant hurt to have to big of injectors. Just tune em down some.

FP green would be a decent turbo for your setup.
Agreed on the FMIC and 3" exhaust.
Might want to look into some cams on maybe a SMIM

yea I was going to get a fmic, but if I run an open 3" pipe to the side of my car, you think it would be to loud?? Keep a stock muffler in the back just sitting there. Steath

Also I want to blow my stock bottom end with this setup. I really want to test the 4g63

You probably won't get very far with a 3" dump out the side of your car. I've ran the car with just my 3" downpipe and even at idle its pretty loud, under load you would defently attract alot of attention (not in a good way). Did you say you want or did you mean don't want to blow your stock bottom end?

I want to blow my stock bottom end. I want to keep 400 hp for a couple hundred miles then bump up the psi to 450 and see how long my bottom end lasts. Comp is 160, 150, 150, 160

Youll def need bigger injectors, a bigger turbo ( like a 50trim+), and definatly an FMIC. You will never make that much HP on a 16g and a sidemount.
