Seriously need help

So I'm working on a few builds atm and well I just got my head off my 420a back from the machine shop and my cam journals or whaterver the cam rides in are scored to hell can you hone them out?

Depends on how deep the scratches are. But if you didn't give them the head in that condition then imo that shop owes you a new head.
