ok guys i need to now what the thermostat sensor is called or were i can get one my car wont start becuse the sencor is telling the ecu the motor is like -1000 deg thanks for all the help

You need the engine coolant temperature sensor, it has two prongs and it's located at the bottom of the thermostat housing.
The temperature sending unit is not the one you need.

As misphit said, it's the Coolant Temperature Sensor. I've seen them selling on Slowboy Racing and RockAuto.

The temperature sending unit is the one that operates the temperature gauge on your dashboard.

I had the same problem with my car. Once I changed the sensor, the car starts on the 1st turn of the key. :thumb:
