I hear oxymorons are nice :D

If your trying to save money I would look for something used. I see some on DSM trader ocasionally. I know it sucks not knowing how many asses have been in you seat before you but it's a comprimise poor guys like me have to make.

not to jack the thread or anything but, i was thinking about doing that too cuz my leather is all torn and crap. are racing seats pretty comfortable? are some more than others?

Check out some import events in your area. Stuff like NOPI and what not have a bunch on display for you to sit in. Or even a store in your area... you may want to sit in it before you commit to spending every second your in you car in that seat. Thats a big commitment!

Mine cost like $1200 a seat. Then all the stuff to mount them is another small fortune. But they hold me better then the stock seats... they feel 100x's better (memory foam), and they are easy to get in and out of.
