Why would my dipstick be popping out? Maybe Fautly Piston Rings allowing boost to sneak past and pressurize the crankcase enough to force it out? Its a mess it pops out and then i dont notice until i see the smoke from under the hood when it sprays oil out of it...This just recently happened, ive been running 15..16 psi, Also i think i may have gone overboard with Seafoam, i used 4 cans on my car the other day and it hasnt ran the same since, i put one in the Gas Tank for the Injectors, one in the oil to help lifter noise and 2 in a vaccum line to clean out the Carbon, now when im on the Highway it makes a noise on and off, but its not random its timed perfectly like its makes the noise every two seconds...the closest i could describe it is the rattling/vibration you get when you are going slow in a high gear like trying to take off in 3rd or going into 4th or 5th at like 10,15 mph...but its not nearly as loud as that, its very minor, now i noticed a little bit of oil leaking out from the top part of the exhaust manifold gasket, maybe i cleaned up too much and deposits that were holding oil in are not there anymore??? All this happened the day after i used the 4 cans of seafoam, any suggestions? THANKS!

Ok after further investigation and researching on the topic, It was suggested to be my PCV valve...i guess they can lock up and build up too much pressure in the Crankcase, they day i did the seafoam treatment i noticed that the PCV valve was not screwed in to the Valve cover, the metal tube was inserted to the Valve cover but the treads were not...so you could just pull it out...i tightened it in and after that is when the Dipstick started popping out, as for the Noise i described, I put the Seafoam into the vaccum line that comes from the intake manifold to the Pressure Sensor where i T'd in my boost guage, and it sucked it right into the manifold from that side, might it have missed a cylinder or two? since the Air is coming from the left side of the Manifold, if i put it in the right side it kinda has to fight the air to get in...so maybe i just cleaned out the 3rd and 4th Cylinder??? Possibly???? Might that cause that wierd noise im describing??? Well im going to take out the PCV and let it sit there loose like it was before just until i get a new one...

You should be able to blow through one end of the pcv valve as it is a one way valve. If you can do that than it isn't the pcv valve.

As far as the dipstick goes, you could try buying a new one. The seal eventualy turns from rubber to plastic over time and heat. I had this problem (dipstick blowing out), replaced it and it's fine now.

Did you replace your plugs after the Seafoam treatment? Seafoam loosens up a lot of gunk, plus it coats the plugs and O2 sensor when it burns off. Since you put a can in the gas tank, it may take a while until the gunk burns off from the O2 sensor. Try adding a few gallons of fresh gas to your tank to dilute the Seafoam. Do a few WOT pulls to really heat up the motor and see if that burns off the rest of the gunk.
